
LEFT: The Magazine with the area of the left-hand 9.2-Inch Gun Ammunition Hoist highlighted. This Hoist was used for Propellant Cartridges. The other Hoist was where the No.1 Gun Hoist is today, and was the Shell Hoist.
1. Ammunition Hatches at the Hoist.
These are of similar design to Ammunition Hatches which can be seen in the Magazine for the No.2 9.2-Inch BL Gun at the site of the Fort Pasir Panjang Battery in Labrador Park. The Magazine for the No.1 Gun at Pasir Panjang was converted to service the Labrador 6-Inch BL Battery which was constructed on the site of the No.1 Gun.
